Position Overview

The Controller will oversee the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and treasury functions. This individual will play a key leadership role by providing financial insight that supports executive decision-making while ensuring the organization's financial integrity and compliance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $145,000 - $185,000 based on experience

What You'll Do

  • Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities
  • Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Manage cash flow and treasury operations
  • Develop and strengthen internal controls and financial policies
  • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Partner with department leaders on budgets and financial planning
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
