Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including at least 35 years in a senior leadership role (Controller, Assistant Controller, or equivalent)

Demonstrated experience managing the full financial close

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams

Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred

Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

Prior experience implementing an ERP system a plus

Experience in a private equity-backed company a plus

Bi-Lingual a plus
