QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including at

least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role (Controller, Assistant Controller, or

equivalent)

• Demonstrated experience managing the full financial close

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams

• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or national firm) strongly preferred

• Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL)

• Prior experience implementing an ERP system a plus

• Experience in a private equity-backed company a plus

• Bi-Lingual a plus
