Job Summary

The Operational Customer Excellenceย (OCE)ย Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving customer-centric process improvements and operational efficiencyย in customerย onboarding and the order processing lifecycle.ย This positionย partners with cross-functional teamsย toย identifyย all information needed for customerย onboardingย that enhancesย the overall customer experience, andย by drivingย orders to first-pass order success.ย ย 

Essential Job Functions *

  1. Evaluate current onboarding and order processing workflows toย identifyย inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.ย 
  2. Responsible for the onboardingย of new customers and the verification ofย system changes to support customer transactions.ย ย 
  3. Partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure seamless process integration and handoffs.ย 
  4. Gather, document and manageย detailed business requirements for Customer set up.ย 
  5. Partner with the EDI Analyst on order errors toย establishย fixes to prevent recurring errors.ย 
  6. Ensure the data on customerย including billing structure, cross references, pricing set up and EDI requirementsย isย accurate.ย ย 
  7. Collaborateย with Dataย Governanceย on governance standards and workflows regardingย customer set up.ย ย 
  8. Ensure all changes positivelyย impactย customer satisfaction and reduce friction points.ย

Education & Experience

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Operations, or related fieldย 
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.ย 
  • Strong analytical skillsย 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsย 
  • Proficiencyย in Excel,ย PowerPointย and Wordย
