Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead  

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: 6+ Months

Primary Skills: HCM Functional Lead  

Required skills:

Working knowledge of client essential requirements from core PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 including: Personnel Administration, Position Management, Competency Management, Succession Planning, Payroll Interface Mass Updates and Workflow. 

Experience in the core Human Resources modules, including Manager and Employee Self-Service, having been involved in multiple full life-cycle implementations. 

Experience in past engagements required: Public Sector implementations with unionized employees; being hands-on and managing an HCM functional team; well-rounded in Human Resources in order to organize and develop Fit Gap sessions, and to develop and speak to system requirements. 

Ability to build relationships with consultants and client staff. Reasonability for knowledge transfer.

Must get self quickly up to speed on HCM 9.2.
