We're hiring a full-time Garnishment Specialist in The Woodlands, TX to play a critical role on our growing team.This Garnishment Specialist position earns a competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.We also offer our amazing team best-in-class benefits and perks, such as:100% paid health, vision, dental, life, and LTD insurance401k with employer matchPersonal and professional developmentHelp build and shape a great tax teamEntrepreneurial cultureWHERE YOUR EXPERTISE WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCEAs our Garnishment Specialist, you will manage payroll withholding requirements by reviewing court orders, wage garnishments, tax levies, and child support orders, and accurately entering them into our payroll systems. You will determine the correct withholding amounts, prepare necessary notices and response forms, and communicate with courts, creditors, and employees as needed. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, regularly auditing garnishment setups to maintain accurate payroll processing.
