Job description

WorkStrategy is an HR technology firm based in Columbia Maryland, specializing in Oracle's PeopleSoft and HCM Cloud application suites. We are seeking a few experienced project leads to assist with customer HCM implementation projects. This position is a hybrid onsite/remote role in Columbia, Maryland. Employment is offered as either W2 or contractor arrangement, depending upon customer requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Project management certification or relevant hands-on experience
  • 3 years of PeopleSoft or enterprise HCM experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of human resources processes and functions
  • Experience using standard implementation or upgrade methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-organizational project teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to support multiple active projects and deliverable deadlines
  • Coordinate project status and resource planning calls
