Position Summary
The Change Management Governance Analyst provides operational and governance support for the Service Management Governance organization with primary focus on Change Management Governance and secondary support for Incident and Problem Management Governance functions
This role serves as a key coordinator across governance processes driving actionitem management stakeholder engagement reporting process improvements governance reviews and executive communications The individual acts as a central conduit between Change Incident Problem Management Engineering Technology Operations and Risk partners to ensure consistent execution of governance activities and continuous process improvement
The ideal candidate possesses strong project management organizational communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fastpaced technology environment
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Governance Support Primary Focus 60
  • Support daytoday execution of Change Management Governance activities
  • Coordinate Change Advisory Board CAB meetings and governance review forums
  • Facilitate governance reviews for highrisk and complex technology changes
  • Track governance actions risks exceptions approvals and remediation activities
  • Validate change requests for completeness required documentation approvals and governance compliance
  • Produce weekly and monthly governance reporting dashboards and executive summaries
  • Coordinate change freeze communications and enterprise implementation schedules
  • Support change metrics analysis including

Incident Problem Management Governance Support 30
  • Coordinate action items resulting from major incident reviews and problem management activities
  • Maintain tracking of corrective actions remediation plans and governance commitments

  • Assist with trend analysis and recurring issue identification
  • Partner with Incident and Problem Managers to drive closure of governance deliverables and followup actions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
