This role will support our Kinston, NC facility. This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates for Airbus roles at all levels of the organization entry level through senior leadership. This level of TA Partner will develop and deploy advanced sourcing strategies including cold calling, and network development.
