Description of the job
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French
Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological
Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have
valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.
The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.
VIE Main Requirements:
• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and
including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)
• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any
• Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

The contract duration of VIE is between 6 to 24 months.

The AIRBUS Technical Data Department provides end-to-end solutions &
services all along the Aircraft lifecycle for Line Maintenance Data, Hangar/Shop Overhaul & Repair Data and Engineering Data. We ensure authoring, production, delivery and support with an exception on Flight Operations where we only act on Delivery & Support.
Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:
• the understanding of the Technical Data support activites for our Customers
• the support to our Technical Data Regional Support Managers based in the US region
• the developement of intitiatives/tools/process to better capture and address our Customers needs and make their needs more visible
This role may involve some Business travels wordwide and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
Required skills
You have the following skills and experience:
• Engineering degree in Aeronautics
• An experience in Aeronautics world is a plus
• IT tools, Google Suite, Script
in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:
• strong motivation
• communication
• Autonomy
• Collaboration
• Organisation
• Language Skills: English/negotiation, Spanish/Intermediate
This VIE position is for 18 MONTHS MAXIMUM.
