The Service Advisor is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility.
Drive Sales & Profitability: Gross Profit, Parts Margin, Tire Sales, Finance, etc.
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver 90% or higher Scores i.e NPS, Google
Support shop productivity by managing workflow and scheduling effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as Main Sales person and contact for customers.
  • Write and sell Maintenance, Repairs & Tires work confidently.
  • Clearly explain recommendations and costs.
  • Coordinate with technicians to complete work on time.
  • Manage the repair order process from write-up to invoicing and payment.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs for service categories.
  • Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and professionalism at the front desk.
