Job description

The Front Desk Representative will serve as the welcoming face of our CPA firm, managing daily interactions with clients and visitors while providing essential administrative support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a friendly demeanor to ensure smooth front desk operations and a positive client experience. The representative will report directly to Human Resources and use Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar for appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar
  • Manage visitor check-ins and maintain visitor logs
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately
  • Disseminate information and respond to client inquiries
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail
  • Maintain accurate records and front desk documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
