Job description

Job Title: Paid Media Manager Location-Type: Remote Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 3 month contract Compensation Range: $55-65/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, 401K Must be authorized to work in the U.S. This position is not eligible for sponsorship .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager (primary platform), Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), programmatic channels, and industry publication placements.
  • Own campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, audience targeting, budget management, and performance reporting.
  • Manage the paid media calendar, coordinating campaign launches and budgets across multiple business lines.
  • Create and optimize brand awareness, thought leadership, product marketing, and lead generation campaigns targeting B2B, institutional investor, and high-net-worth audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creative, messaging, and landing page strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Expert-level experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager (required), plus Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search & Display).
  • Proven success managing B2B paid media campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign data and making performance-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to write and optimize ad copy for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google campaigns.
  • Experience working independently in a fast-paced, project-based or contract environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within investment management, financial services, private wealth, commercial real estate, or real assets industries.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, audience segmentation, and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with Canva and collaborating across cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
