We are looking for a high-level Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to oversee and optimize our paid advertising, social media presence, and digital lead generation efforts across multiple markets.
This is not an entry-level marketing position. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing, data, creative strategy, and how to generate measurable case acquisition results.
Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms
• Build, manage, and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
• Oversee social media strategy and content execution
• Monitor campaign analytics, KPIs, and ROI
• Coordinate with intake and leadership teams to improve lead quality and conversion
• Create and test ad copy, landing pages, and creative concepts
• Develop retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
• Manage relationships with outside vendors, media buyers, and creative partners when needed
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices
Qualifications
• Experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns with real budget responsibility
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting
• Understanding of lead generation funnels and performance optimization
