We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist who can take ownership of the day‑to‑day performance of our digital advertising accounts. This is a highly hands‑on role. You will personally work inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager every day. This is not an oversight‑only, vendor‑management, or strategy‑only position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Personally manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and Meta campaigns
  • Manage multiple client accounts and budgets, ensuring campaigns pace appropriately throughout the month
  • Monitor account performance, identify issues and opportunities, and make data‑driven optimization and budget decisions
  • Troubleshoot changes in performance and dig into the data to understand why results are improving or declining
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data and account insights
  • Partner with our creative and client‑service teams to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Evaluate landing pages, forms, funnels, and lead flows to identify opportunities beyond the ad platforms
  • Use AI and automation to improve account monitoring, analysis, reporting, and efficiency
  • Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients
  • Stay current on changes and new opportunities across Google, Meta, AI, and performance marketing
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 5+ years of hands‑on paid media experience; automotive experience is a plus
  • Advanced, current hands‑on expertise in Google Ads
  • Advanced, current hands‑on expertise in Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and substantial advertising budgets
  • Strong understanding of lead‑generation campaigns, conversion tracking, and performance metrics
  • Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through
  • Strong communication skills and confidence discussing performance and recommendations with clients
  • Experience using AI to improve your workflow and effectiveness
  • GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred
  • Based in the Orlando/Central Florida area and available for monthly in‑person meetings and quarterly Mastermind meetings
