This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist based in Netherlands.

As a Google / Meta / TikTok Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-performing paid advertising campaigns for international brands. You will combine analytical thinking, creative strategy, and performance marketing expertise to improve campaign results and maximize return on investment. Working remotely, you will have the opportunity to support businesses across developed markets while managing impactful advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. The role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with clients and teams to enhance digital performance, optimize customer acquisition strategies, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including campaign structures, audience targeting, and optimization plans.
  • Research, build, and refine audience segments for prospecting, remarketing, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and implement improvements based on data insights, testing results, and platform trends.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage advertising budgets, monitor spend allocation, and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI and ROAS.
  • Configure and monitor conversion tracking, including pixels, events, and attribution measurement across advertising platforms.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, impressions, and reach.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on advertising platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience managing paid advertising campaigns for brands, eCommerce businesses, lead generation campaigns, or seller platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and improving campaign performance through data analysis.
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking tools, including Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Google Conversion Tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and performance reporting tools such as Looker Studio is preferred.
  • Experience creating marketing dashboards, reports, and actionable performance insights.
  • Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and landing page optimization practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Google Ads Certification, Meta certification, or equivalent digital marketing qualifications are considered an advantage.
