Job description

Remote Meta Ads Manager Contractor Position
US, Canada, and UK Citizens Only

Seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager for a full-time remote contractor role, operating from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday.

This is a client-facing contractor position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating directly with clients by phone, video calls, and written updates.

This role will primarily focus on Meta advertising, including Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Experience with Google Ads is helpful, but secondary.

US, Canada, and UK based applicants only.

This position requires client-facing experience.


Responsibilities:

Manage paid advertising accounts across Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram.

Build, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta ad campaigns.

Manage campaign budgets, audiences, placements, creative testing, and conversion goals.

Analyze campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to improve ROI.

Monitor key metrics including cost per lead, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.

Create and test ad copy, creative angles, offers, audiences, and landing page strategies.

Develop and execute new paid advertising strategies for clients.

Use Google Ads as a secondary platform when needed.

Understand and produce client-facing reports.

Communicate campaign performance, insights, and next steps clearly to clients.

Collaborate with internal team members to achieve client goals.

Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, client communication, and optimization work.

Stay current with Meta Ads platform changes, paid social trends, tracking updates, and digital advertising best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, especially Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Client-facing experience is required.

Google Ads experience preferred, but not the primary focus of this role.

Experience with lead generation campaigns strongly preferred.

Knowledge of eCommerce, retargeting, conversion tracking, audience building, and funnel strategy preferred.

Experience with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and campaign attribution.

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot campaign performance issues and think creatively.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with clients on phone calls, video conferences, and in writing.

Ability to work independently as a remote contractor while collaborating with a team.

Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.

Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns in an online environment.

Ideal Candidate:
