Location: Fort Worth, TX (Must be local and able to work in the office several days per week)

About the Role

We are seeking a high-quality Administrative Assistant with proven experience in social media advertising. This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have hands-on experience creating, managing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns, as well as the ability to support a fast-paced team with administrative tasks. Be open-minded about the various tasks and projects that will be given. Being a team player and having the ability to travel for company events is a big bonus.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, schedule, and publish content across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid ads using Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms
- Develop and test creatives, including video and image-based ads
- Analyze performance and make adjustments to improve results
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including coordination, data entry, and project support
- Manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal oversight

- Great communication skills are required, Team Player!


Requirements (Must-Have)

- Must be located in or near Fort Worth, TX and able to work in-office several days per week
- Proven experience running paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or similar platforms
- Experience creating and working with video and ad creatives
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Self-starter with attention to detail and accountability

- Always online and communicating throughout the workday.

Compensation

$40,000 per year plus Health Insurance if needed.
