Summary:


Retail sales and customer service position at the Eagle Falls Pro Shop. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:


  • Book T-Times. Have knowledge of the tee sheet and find ways to maximize Customer count. Help customers with tee time request and find the best available options for them. Must have a pleasing personality on the phone.
  • Work with Casino Player Development/Marketing Dept. relative to their needs for Casino Players to access the golf course and work with comps for players.
  • Money Responsibility. Maintain accurate cash and credit card transactions. Know how to issue an Optima Gift Card for use at golf course. Know procedures for picking up a Bank at Casino Cage and reconcile it at the close of business shift and return it to cage. Must have working knowledge of Micros System used for all transactions.   
  • Sales Responsibility. Must have the knowledge of how to match the customer to golf equipment, including clubs, golf balls, gloves, etc. Also, help customers with shoes and apparel.    
  • Keep the golf shop cleaned, vacuumed and dusted. Know how to re-stock items. Have the ability to take inventory for reports to accounting.
  • Work as a Starter when assigned, including opening shift and breaks.
  • All of the above must often be accomplished simultaneously while multitasking.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.


Requirements:

Job Requirements:


  • Must have High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Current Driver’s License required.
  • Must have golf business, retail sales and customer service experience. 
  • Computer skills are a must.
  • Available to work on weekends and holidays. 
  • May occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.



Work Environment:


Applicant must be comfortable working in a busy golf environment with a focus on customer service and hotel guest. Must be able to be on their feet for hours at a time.
