Job description

Ready to build something big? Ringside Talent is one of Columbus' fastest-growing recruiting firms, and we're looking for driven, competitive go-getters to join our Business Development team as an Account Manager and fuel our next stage of growth.

We're not your typical firm. Voted a Best Place to Work, Ringside is all about energy, collaboration, and a culture where hustle actually pays off.

Why Ringside Rocks

  • Uncapped earning potential: Your hustle = your paycheck. No ceiling, no excuses.
  • Epic company trips: Think Riviera Maya, Bahamas, Costa Rica — earned, not given.
  • Work hard, play hard perks: Monthly happy hours, ballgames, golf outings.
  • Top-tier training program: Learn proven business development strategies from the best in the industry.
  • Fast track to leadership: Most of our top performers move into leadership within 2 years.
  • Entrepreneurial vibes: Build your own book of business, your own client relationships, your own success story.
  • A downtown office that's anything but boring: Collaboration, energy, and fun, every single day.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with new client companies across a variety of industries
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Cold call, email, and network your way into decision-maker conversations
  • Partner with our recruiting team to match client needs with top talent
  • Negotiate terms and close new business partnerships
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly new business development metrics
  • Represent Ringside Talent as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from growing businesses to Fortune 500 brands

What We're Looking For

  • Competitive, motivated, and ready to win
  • Background in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated — you set the bar high and clear it
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment
  • Loves the idea of unlimited earning potential
  • Ambitious and hardworking (Slackers need not apply!)
