The Global Talent, Learning & Development Team supports Computershare worldwide, delivering services across learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and talent and performance management. Learning Consultants work on a global scale to ensure the successful delivery of learning and development programs across the organization.

A role you will love

Learning Consultants are responsible for delivering global learning and development programs, including onboarding, professional skills, leadership and management development, talent development, and diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.

Partnering closely with Learning Partners, they support the implementation of learning initiatives aligned with global People Plans. Through effective program delivery, they help promote learning opportunities, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to a positive employee experience across Computershare.

Other key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Support Learning Partners in delivering and maintaining global Learning & Development initiatives aligned with People Plans. 
  • Conduct learning needs analysis and create effective learning solutions, proposals, and project plans. 
  • Design, deliver, facilitate, and evaluate high-quality training programs in line with global L&D standards. 
  • Manage and maintain global learning programs, including onboarding, core skills, and management development training. 
  • Coordinate and deliver the global training calendar, ensuring programs are executed on time and to a high standard. 
  • Partner with the Head of Talent & Performance to support performance management initiatives, manager training, and a high-performance culture. 
  • Support the implementation of the "Being Purple" culture and performance-related activities across the organization. 
  • Deliver Diversity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing initiatives, including mental health programs, ERG support, and development opportunities for underrepresented groups. 
  • Drive positive employee engagement, inclusion, wellbeing, and stakeholder satisfaction through impactful learning initiatives.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Proven experience delivering learning and development programs across the full training lifecycle, including needs analysis, design, facilitation, coaching, and evaluation. 
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage employees and leaders at all levels. 
  • Knowledge of learning and development best practices, performance management, and talent development principles. 
  • Ability to leverage virtual learning platforms and adapt delivery methods for a global and culturally diverse workforce. 
  • Understanding of business objectives and People Plans, with the ability to translate organizational needs into practical learning solutions. 
  • Strong collaboration skills, partnering with Learning Partners and stakeholders to deliver commercially effective and impactful programs. 
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and support employees and managers while staying current on leadership and management trends. 
  • Adaptable and solutions-focused, with experience managing multiple priorities and implementing innovative learning approaches in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. 
  • Relevant learning and development experience; professional L&D, facilitation, or coaching certifications are preferred.
