Job description

Join us at SGX, the premier branding and packaging agency for the biggest and best known global brands. Our clients have the premier brands in food and beverage, electronics, apparel, and pharmaceuticals. We're hiring internship roles for those interested in working at a global learning organization to develop and to translate training materials in English and other key languages such as Polish, Turkish, Spanish, German, Hungarian, Dutch, Mandarin, and Tamil.
Job Description, Reporting Structure, and Location
Translate existing documents such as standardized work, standing operating procedures, and work instructions into target languages using direct knowledge of target language and AI tools, ensuring sensibility and accuracy of translations. Develop new materials as required in English or
target languages using templates in partnership with subject matter experts. Work with colleagues in target language sites in France, Belgium, Hungary, Poland Turkey, and China to ensure accuracy of translations. Assist in refining current digital library of materials.
These documents are training materials for our colleagues to use in their preferred languages. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager for Learning and Development.
This is a remote position within the United States. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, and WV.
Job Requirements
  • Current undergraduate or graduate university student in any year with any field of study or major
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Fluency in English and target language
  • Ability to design and to edit documents using Word, Pages, Acrobat, or Illustrator
