Position Overview 

The Learning Management System Administrator  is responsible for comprehensive deployment support within the Learning Technology Ecosystem (LTE). This role ensures the successful deployment of Global Learning & Development (L&D) solutions across platforms such as Content Management Systems (CMS), Global Learning Management Systems (GLMS), Virtual Classroom platforms, Degreed, and MTM. The incumbent will oversee the end-to-end deployment process, including pre- and post-launch activities, while maintaining high standards for content management and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management & Deployment

  • Lead the deployment of learning solutions across LTE platforms, including CMS, GLMS, virtual classrooms, Degreed, and collaboration tools.
  • Manage the development of collection sites, sub-sites, and pages to host and organize content efficiently.
  • Create and manage evaluation links and provide detailed reporting for deployed content.
  • Act as a key advisor for content standards, ensuring materials adhere to Global L&D processes for naming, tagging, and testing.
  • Oversee content inventory, archiving, and retiring processes through annual maintenance schedules.
  • Collaborate with ITS, Digital HR, and other stakeholders to address technical issues and implement platform enhancements.

Consultation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide consultations on deployment best practices for global learning solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Global L&D teams, Member Firms, ITS, C&K, Digital HR, and external vendors.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide onboarding support for stakeholders in a clear, organized manner.

Project Management

  • Manage large-scale, cross-functional learning deployment projects, ensuring alignment with Global L&D priorities and timelines.
  • Support Train-the-Facilitator (TTF), Virtual Classrooms (VC), and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, handling all related logistics and scheduling details.
  • Monitor and report on deployment progress, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in coordination processes.

Platform Expertise & Technical Support

  • Develop a strong understanding of LTE platforms to assist content developers and content consumers effectively.
  • Partner with Digital HR and ITS for testing and troubleshooting platform-related issues.
  • Provide support for virtual classroom deployments, including managing the technical producer role for virtual sessions.

Team Leadership & Professional Development

  • Share workload and manage team capacity collaboratively, ensuring efficient project completion.
  • Chair internal team meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects, ensuring that objectives are met in an organized manner.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in deployment processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in L&D deployment, particularly in global, complex environments.
  • Proven track record in deploying learning solutions across multiple platforms and modalities.
  • Experience managing content management sites and facilitating virtual classroom solutions.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of content management platforms and virtual learning tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills, with a focus on efficiency and coordination.
  • Excellent project and program management skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence and business improvement.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours to support global time zones.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic, virtual working environment and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Employment Type: 4-month contract (September–December), 37.5 hours per week, with the potential for extension.
