GFEBS Analyst (Full Time)
THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD
Customer / Work Location: The USAR 99th RD, Fort Dix, NJ
Potential Position start date: June 21, 2026
Salary Range: $55 - $65K
This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award
Responsibilities
The General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Analyst will support Department of War (DoW) customers by analyzing and maintaining real property financial data in GFEBS for audit readiness support. The GFEBS Analyst is responsible for analyzing GFEBS data, updating and entering information, and editing records so reporting aligns with physical and digital real property folders. The GFEBS Analyst will track construction projects across the installation, maintain financial records related to these projects, including transactions with construction agents and maintenance records. The GFEBS Analyst will also conduct physical inventories and facility assessments including measurements to validate GFEBS data accuracy. The position will assemble and submit audit samples, review asset records to confirm complete and accurate reporting, coordinate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and implement processes to enhance accuracy and compliance. The position will collaborate with Areli GIS SMEs to validate linear structure measurements, although GIS experience is not required.
Position Overview:
  • Supports the USAR 99th RD DPW through GFEBS real property reporting for consistent and accurate data
  • Must learn new technologies and office automation tools quickly
  • Understands structures/building uses, asset category codes, construction terminology, business systems, and office equipment within 30 days of hire
  • Demonstrates proficiency in GFEBS real property management and business best practices within 60 days of hire
  • Reports to the Areli onsite Team Lead

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Proficiency with GFEBS data entry, updates, and reporting for accurate real property accountability
  • Resolve system errors and discrepancies including InSITE errors and audit readiness issues
  • Possess two years GFEBS or SAP-related experience or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, accounting, or related field
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and ability to effectively maneuver on uneven terrain during real property inventories
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • U.s. Citizen
  • Government contract requires ability to clearly speak, read, and write in the English language
  • Must pass and maintain a National Agency Check Investigation (NACI)
  • 3-5 years of administrative clerical experience
