Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Program Lead/GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead to support mission-critical installation operations at Fort Stewart, GA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and a proven ability to establish and manage Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs within a military installation environment.

The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead is responsible for establishing, administering, and managing the installation’s GFEBS Preventive Maintenance program. This role serves as the primary GFEBS subject matter expert responsible for planning, approving, reporting, and closing maintenance work while ensuring accurate system execution and compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the GFEBS Preventive Maintenance Program for the installation.
  • Perform GFEBS transactions supporting:
    • Master data management
    • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
    • Plant Maintenance (PM) orders
    • Work order approval and maintenance
    • Maintenance reporting
    • Goods receipt processing
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance scheduling and work order workflows with functional area leads.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and closeout of maintenance activities within GFEBS.
  • Serve as the contractor’s primary GFEBS point of contact with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Assistant COR (ACOR).
  • Maintain required GFEBS system access roles and support ongoing program compliance.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience successfully establishing and managing a GFEBS Preventive Maintenance Program on a military installation.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of GFEBS experience, including at least one (1) year supporting an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract exceeding $10 million annually.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English effectively.
  • Must be a legal U.S. resident and able to obtain and maintain a favorable NACI background investigation for the duration of the contract.
