Job Description:
Qualifications

Genetec and LenelS2 System Administrator with a minimum of 5 years of experience to manage, configure, and maintain physical security systems

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lenel OnGuard and Genetec Security Center, with the ability to oversee access control and video management systems effectively

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing physical security projects and systems

Strong expertise in LenelS2 OnGuard access control system and Genetec Security Center VMS

Additional certifications in physical security or access control systems

Experience working in a hybrid environment with both remote and onsite responsibilities

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately with a detailed resume highlighting their expertise in Genetec and LenelS2 systems

Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and maintain the LenelS2 OnGuard access control system, ensuring system integrity, security, and availability

Oversee user access management and provide technical support to system users

Manage and maintain the Genetec Security Center video management system (VMS), including video surveillance configuration and ensuring data integrity. Which includes configuring surveillance settings and ensuring the integrity of video data and alerts.

Collaborate with users and stakeholders to address security and video system requirements

Provide technical support for both access control and video management systems

Perform regular updates and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance

Work with the monitoring team to understand false positives, accountable for tuning and modifying alerts to drive true positive events.
