The Job at a Glance

Our Human Resources Assistant (internally known as "People Partner") will play a central role in the growth of Parts Town. We're looking for a numbers driven team player with a willingness to work cross-functionally; offering support and coordination in all areas of HR. This fast-paced role will provide a challenging opportunity for the right person who strives to increase their expertise and knowledge base of Human Resources, and HR related projects while working with an enthusiastic team.  Do you love projects, are you employee centric and solution driven? A Typical Day

  • Actively managed incoming request in our HR ticketing system (JIRA)
  • Compile and analyze Human resource reports as requested  
  • ConductingNew Hire Orientation andonboarding by assisting team members in completing new hire paperwork, reviewing company policies and benefits, and answering related questions    
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support including System record keeping, file maintenance, and benefits  
  • Serve as the on-site P&C representative for employee support, culture and general site needs 
  • Coordinate, set up and support site events (town halls, appreciation events, leadership visits, team-building, lunches, etc.) 
  • Support site facility operations including workspace readiness, seating changes, badge requests, signage, and vendor coordination  
  • Lead on-site new hire orientations, including preparing supplies, technology, and workspace setups while providing day 1 onboarding support  
  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic HR questions and "HR Generalist light" conversations; escalate as needed  
  • Assist with policy guidance, employee inquiries, and routine HR communications  
  • Assist with HR projects, documentation, audits, and reporting as needed

Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
