We're a dynamic gaming studio in Raleigh, NC, and we're looking for an HR Business Partner who brings passion, energy, and heart to everything they do. Fast-paced? Absolutely. Rewarding? Even more so.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Be the go-to HR partner for studio leaders and employees, a trusted advisor who tells it straight and gets things done

  • Handle the full spectrum of employee relations: performance management, coaching, concerns, investigations, and everything in between

  • Help new team members hit the ground running through onboarding and training support

  • Keep leaders sharp with coaching, policy guidance, and HR best practices

  • Stay current on employment law and HR best practices to keep our managers and employees well-supported and protected

  • Translate company-wide people programs and initiatives into practical, day-to-day application for the Grover team

  • Collaborate with our Light & Wonder global People Capability team to drive real, positive change

  • Own offboarding end-to-end, ensuring departing employees are treated with care and managers have what they need to close out transitions cleanly

  • Keep compensation, benefits & HR programs running smoothly

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world HR experience

  • 2-5 years in Human Resources (you know your stuff)

  • A natural ability to connect with people at every level and actually influence them

  • Cool-headed judgment when situations get complex, emotional, or sensitive
