Job description

POSITION SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION: To supervise the Operations of table games in an assigned area on a shift. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES: Has the ability to perform all functions of supervised positions. Supervises table games in an assigned area of the department.

Reviews table trays to ensure an adequate inventory of chips and tokens. Assists in maintaining the necessary records pertaining to activities in the department. Determines that required facilities and equipment are available and functioning properly.

Provides proper security and accountability of Blackjack funds. Greets guests and see that they are properly hosted. Handles guest complaints.

Makes Shift Supervisor aware of all Title 31 transactions. Rates players on a daily basis. Rates and evaluates dealers on a daily basis, also complete annual evaluations.

Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training. Maintains confidentiality at all times.

Is sensitive to Native American Culture. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.

Performs other duties as assigned.
