Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for providing efficient and professional beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Receives and serves guest beverage orders.
  2. Understands and adheres to all rules and regulations pertaining to the bar department.
  3. Maintains clean work stations and floor sections.
  4. Checks I.D.’s for age and authenticity.
  5. Discontinues service according to the law.
  6. Is aware of marketing promotions and events, machine locations, table games and other guest services.
  7. Provides answers to guest*s questions and inquiries about the casino.
  8. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
  9. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
  10. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
  11. Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
  12. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
  13. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
  14. Performs other duties as assigned.
