Job description

NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking an experienced Licensed Funeral Director to join the professional team at Palm Beach Funeral Home in West Palm Beach, Florida. Palm Beach Funeral Home serves approximately 281 cases annually, and this position requires a Funeral Director who will personally meet with 90% of the families we serve.
The schedule includes working Tuesday through Saturday with Sundays and Mondays off, supporting a balanced and predictable work rhythm. Only candidates holding an active Florida Funeral Director License or those eligible for reciprocity will be considered.
The Funeral Director will provide comprehensive family care and guidance throughout the arrangement, service, and post-service process; ensure the professional direction of visitations and funeral services; and manage all case-related responsibilities with accuracy, empathy, and integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Funeral Director in Florida or possess the ability to reciprocate.
  • Have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Funeral Director
