Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Handle customer renewals.

Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Licensing assistance available.
  • 2 Years customer Service preferred.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
