We are looking for a Technical Service Delivery Manager to run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end. This TPM role is highly visible across business units where you will be partnering with and influencing the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside of your business line.
As a Service Delivery Manager / leader, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints while navigating ambiguity and multiple priorities.
Your role
• Own end-to-end delivery with clear accountability for execution and outcomes
• Drive programs through structured plans and decisive actions
• Go beyond reporting-identify issues early and take corrective actions proactively
• Manage performance across teams, including addressing underperformance and taking tough calls when required
• Lead delivery in a Systems Integrator (SI) context, managing competing priorities across clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams
• Identify and resolve real delivery challenges such as:
o Communication gaps and unclear requirements
o Time zone and dependency misalignment
o Quality and accountability issues in distributed teams
• Engage deeply with engineering teams in custom application environments, managing interdependencies across systems
• Provide hands-on technology team leadership, not just stakeholder coordination
• Lead stakeholder communication, escalations, and decision-making with a focus on resolution and action
Your skills and experience
• 10+ years in Technical Project / Delivery Management roles
• Mandatory: Systems Integration (SI) experience with proven delivery ownership
• Proven track record of turning around challenging projects
• Strong experience managing custom-developed enterprise applications (Java/.NET/Cloud ecosystems)
• Strong experience managing global (onshore-offshore) delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution along with governance or reporting
• Strong understanding of SDLC, delivery lifecycle, and engineering workflows
• Experience handling performance management and delivery escalations

Your skills and experience
. 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management spanning across cross-functional teams, with at least 4+ years in Cloud transformation.
. Experience leading large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery.
. 5+ years of software development experience.
. Experience using analytics to translate business issues into investigative solutions and develop KPIs and metrics (e.g., cost savings, improved efficiency, quality, and velocity).
. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system architecture, cloud technologies, and/or hardware integration.
. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
. Proficient in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or other modern delivery frameworks.
. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability engineering principles.
. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Project.
. Strong executive communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership and external stakeholders.
. Ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions and resolve technical and programmatic conflicts.
. Experience preparing program dashboards, status reports, and decision-ready materials.
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and drive data-informed decisions.
. Ability to support long-term technical strategy, capability roadmapping, and resource planning.
. Demonstrated leadership in managing matrixed teams, influencing without authority, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $98,497 to $233,248
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
