Job Description
About the roleThe Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will own one or many relationships with Orion clients depending on the size of the client. The SDM is responsible for the success of the Orion solution deployed by the client. Manages the service relationship via service reviews, online survey, or comments when submitted, secondary escalations complaints and opportunities on behalf of the client. Facilitates between client, service organization and service delivery. The SDM typically engages with GMS on behalf of the Head of Client Support Services.
Qualifications
About YouAs the ideal candidate for the role, you will be expected to have the following experience:โ€ข 3+ years Sales, Account Manager or client facing role delivering service or satisfaction.
โ€ข Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is preferred
โ€ข Awareness and knowledge of project management methodology and ITIL practicesโ€ข Solid understanding of service management disciplines and the customer experience of managed services.
โ€ข Strong commercial awareness.
โ€ข Desirable to have previously worked within Healthcare.
โ€ข Business administration skills with focus on relationship management.
โ€ข Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
โ€ข Strong presentation skills. Comfortable speaking to large and small groups.
โ€ข Confident negotiation skills to include experience of dealing with escalations/complaints.
โ€ข Ability to maintain focus when working in uncertain and ambiguous environments.
โ€ข Excellent people management skills.
โ€ข Ability to travel 40% of the time.
