Job description

Service Delivery Manager, Cloud, Marietta, GA
The Service Delivery Manager will provide essential leadership and oversight within the delivery operations team to ensure projects are completed in scope, on time, and within budget. The Service Delivery Manager will establish objectives and metrics for the delivery team and be responsible for meeting and exceeding performance expectations. This position is 100% Onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee cloud services projects, engagements, and initiatives.
- Develop and mature standard operating procedures and documentation.
- Foster a high level of communication.
- Oversee recruiting, onboarding, education, and day-to-day leadership of delivery team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Cloud/IT Delivery Operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Multi-tenant cloud delivery experience.
- Eligibility to work in US.
- Preference to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
- Industry-relevant certifications (PMP, Prince 2, ITIL, etc.).
- Exposure to Data Center Operations processes, procedures, and ITSM functions.
- Experience standards/policies, processes, and procedures, and SOC II security controls.
- Experience conducting capacity management, planning, analysis.
