Position Overview

The Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful execution, coordination, and measurement of the firm's marketing initiatives. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing department by managing marketing projects, analyzing campaign performance, producing executive reporting, coordinating community engagement initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness. 
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, proactive, and passionate about using data to drive marketing decisions while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • May oversee marketing coordinators, interns, or project support staff as assigned.

  • Coordinates work across internal departments and external marketing partners.

  • Does not have primary responsibility for departmental strategy or personnel management.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive monthly marketing reports for leadership.

  • Analyze lead performance across all marketing channels.

  • Monitor KPIs including Leads, Qualified Leads, Signed Cases, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Signed Case, Conversion Rates, and ROI.

  • Identify trends and provide optimization recommendations.

  • Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems.

  • Assist with budget analysis and forecasting.

Marketing Project Management 

  • Serve as project manager for all active marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate timelines across internal teams and external agencies
        • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
        • Maintain the department marketing calendar.
          • Facilitate project status meetings and communicate progress.

          Marketing Coordination 

          • Coordinate television, radio, digital, print, outdoor, and social media campaigns.
          • Coordinate website updates and creative production.
          • Maintain brand consistency across marketing assets.
          • Manage marketing asset libraries.

          Community Outreach & Events 

          • Coordinate sponsorships, charitable partnerships, speaking engagements, and community events.
          • Manage event logistics, vendors, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.

          Marketing Innovation 

          • Research emerging marketing trends, AI tools, and automation opportunities.
          • Brainstorm new campaign ideas and recommend process improvements.
          • Vendor Coordination
          • Coordinate advertising agencies and marketing vendors.
          • Track deliverables, invoices, and contracts.
