Early Learning Village – Teaching Positions
Nashville Christian School

The Early Learning Village at Nashville Christian School is seeking passionate, qualified educators to join our team. Applications for teaching positions are accepted year-round.

About the Early Learning Village

The Early Learning Village is a 50-week-a-year program, open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our program provides a consistent, nurturing environment that supports both working families and young children's developmental needs.

Nashville Christian School partners with families to honor and glorify God through Jesus Christ by educating students in a loving and nurturing environment. As a community of both faith and learning, we intentionally integrate Christian values into educational, social, and professional life. We strive to foster spiritual, intellectual, personal, and social growth in every student and staff member.

Position Overview

We are hiring teachers for various age groups, Infants through Twos, within our Early Learning Village. Ideal candidates are dedicated educators who:

  • Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment

  • Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth

  • Communicate effectively with parents and team members

  • Work collaboratively within a Christ-centered school culture

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

  • Relevant education and/or experience in early childhood education

  • Strong classroom management and organizational skills

  • Ability to meet state licensing requirements

  • A demonstrated commitment to Christian education and support of the school’s mission and values

Employment Commitment

Qualified applicants are considered for all positions without regard to race, color, sex, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, or disability. As a religious-affiliated institution, Nashville Christian School exercises its legal right to seek employees who actively support its mission and values.

If you are called to serve in a Christ-centered early childhood environment and desire to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
