Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Occupational Health Clinic

Location: Tobaccoville, NC 27050
Duration: 25 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: Night Shift | 40 Hours/Week (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)


Compensation
  • Local Pay Rate: From $42/hour
  • Travel Pay: From $2000/Week

Position Overview

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support employee wellness programs in an occupational health clinic setting.

This role focuses on preventive care, health screenings, and wellness initiatives, helping promote a healthier workforce through education and clinical support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer flu shots and routine immunizations
  • Conduct biometric screenings and wellness assessments
  • Provide health coaching and preventive care education
  • Support and promote employee wellness programs
  • Accurately document patient encounters in Athena EMR
  • Work independently within a corporate/occupational health environment

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Experience in Occupational Health, Employee Health, Clinic, or Primary Care settings
  • Strong knowledge of preventive care and wellness services
  • Hands-on experience with immunizations and biometric screenings
  • Experience with Athena EMR preferred/required
  • Excellent communication and health coaching skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • Ability to work independently in a structured environment
  • BLS certification preferred

Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to provide Marathon coverage (e.g., up to 5 days/month within a 200-mile radius)
