What is the opportunity?
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Frontline Workers at Omnissa, you will be the lead GTM strategist and subject matter expert (SME) for one of our most critical sales plays. You will bridge the gap between product innovation and field execution, ensuring our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution is the preferred choice for organizations managing frontline devices, including ruggedized devices, shared endpoints, and kiosks.
Core Responsibilities
1. Frontline Worker GTM Strategy & Implementation (~75% of Role)
  • Strategy Ownership: Develop and execute the comprehensive global GTM plan specifically for the Frontline Worker use case.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the internal and external SME for the deskless workforce, understanding the unique needs of healthcare, retail, logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-impact marketing assets including whitepapers, solution briefs, case studies, blogs, and website content.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop "sales-ready" tools such as pitch decks, discovery guides, and objection handling scripts, and deliver global training sessions to equip the field.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Management to influence the roadmap and work with Demand Gen teams to build integrated campaigns that drive high-quality leads.

2. Strategic Alliance GTM Leadership (~25% of Role)
  • Partner Alignment: Act as the GTM strategic lead for OEM and alliance partners in the UEM and frontline space like Google, Samsung, and Zebra.
  • GTM Strategy Collaboration: Partner with alliance teams and partner marketing to build and align on overarching Go-to-Market strategies and value propositions for our joint solutions.
  • Strategic Alignment: Evaluate the frontline partner landscape to ensure our GTM strategy remains aligned with evolving hardware and software trends from key alliance partners

Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience within the SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Mobility space.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of UEM and the specific requirements of frontline/deskless worker environments (ruggedized devices, shared mode, etc.).
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical features into business outcomes.
  • Alliance Management: Proven track record of working with large technology partners to execute joint GTM strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science; MBA preferred.

The typical base salary for this role is between USD $121,912.50 - 203,187.50 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
