Role Purpose
INEOS Automotive is seeking a Remarketing Manager who will provide efficient customer service and perform administrative duties related to the remarketing of vehicle returns. The role involves working closely with customers, auto dealerships, vendors, and financial institutions to manage the inventory of pre-owned retail and lease-return vehicles. This position also includes responsibilities such as vehicle return management, transportation logistics, inspection, title coordination, and sales (online, physical, and direct-to-dealer).
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the remarketing of rental fleet, company-owned and off-lease vehicle returns while maximizing value and aligning with operational goals.
  • Set and adjust used vehicle pricing based on market trends, performance data, and internal KPIs to ensure competitiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with auctions to support physical and wholesale sales.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the used car program and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Work with captive finance lendor to ensure efficient handling and remarketing of off-lease vehicles.
  • Collaborate with retailers to achieve purchase and Certified By INEOS objectives .
  • Perform ad hoc analysis related to used car portfolio and inventory valuation, leveraging existing residual value tools.
  • Oversee the Certified By INEOS program, ensuring compliance and effective administration.
  • Develop and execute customer-facing offers to increase CPO sales while managing variable marketing expenses.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute CPO campaigns and manage budgets effectively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive experience. wholesale or pre-owned experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle remarketing, pricing strategies, and logistics.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms for automotive operations (e.g., Manheim, Dealer Portals).
  • Experience managing Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) programs and marketing activities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive performance.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills, especially with vendors and dealers.
  • Thorough understanding of residual values (ALG) and used vehicle valuation methods (MMR).
