Job description

Title: Remarketing Coordinator Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Location: Lewisville, TX (2-days remote/3-days onsite Hybrid Schedule) As a Remarketing Coordinator, you will provide quality and efficient service by handling the highest priority tasks related to remarketing of vehicles on behalf of company clients. You will be responsible for providing superior customer service for Remarketing clients, ensuring efficient process execution, providing reporting and analysis as requested by the client, and handling client performance discussions on a regular basis. Through the entire process, you will be in regular communication with clients, suppliers, team members, and Ally auction personnel. Job Responsibilities: ยท Manage client's vehicle inventory portfolio to maximize sales proceeds ยท Maintain effective communication with client's, suppliers, auctions, and other team members ยท Build solid peer-to-peer relationships in a team environment to meet operational needs ยท Obtain information from clients, request and review vehicle inspection reports, work closely with auction personnel to prepare and offer vehicles for sale, and complete funds settlement with clients ยท Verify book value based on condition and recommend floor prices to clients utilizing the applicable reporting source ยท Ensure that all vehicles are remarketed in accordance to department KPIs ยท Complete additional projects and/or duties, as requested or required ยท Manage risk relative to position Position Qualifications: ยท Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or documentation-focused role, including a strong customer service background ยท Prior experience in vehicle remarketing, sales, auto finance, title management, or other related field preferred ยท A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred #ALINE11
