Division: Entourage Freight Solutions
Position Title: Weekend Account Manager
Location: Worthington, OH
Schedule: Friday 12pm-8pm, Saturday & Sunday 7am-8pm, Monday 8am-12pm
Annual Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
Position Summary:
Entourage Freight Solutions is seeking a Weekend Account Manager to work in a third-party logistics/truck brokerage environment. Drive, resilience, self-motivation, and strategic thinking are necessary qualities that the ideal candidate for this role will possess.
Responsibilities:

  • Inbound and outbound calls on the weekend to ensure that shipments are covered with proper transportation services.
  • Manage and maintain current customer accounts.
  • Track shipments from pickup to delivery through effectively communicating with the carrier.
  • Work with the carrier to obtain any invoices or BOL's and prepare these for the sales team.
  • Ensure all contacts and rate confirmations are accurate and secure.
  • Verify accuracy of the sale, freight, carrier information, etc.
  • Responsible for obtaining BOL’s and invoices from the carrier of choice and ensuring these are successfully received by accounting.
  • Build and retain meaningful relationships with accounts/customers.
