Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented professional to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and coordinate freight movement by sourcing and negotiating with carriers. This role blends sales, relationship management, and operational execution to drive revenue and ensure successful freight delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, develop, and onboard new customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
  • Source and secure carriers to move freight efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Negotiate pricing with carriers to maximize company margins
  • Manage the full freight lifecycle from booking to delivery
  • Meet or exceed established sales and performance metrics
