Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and direct outreach to generate leads.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all transactions.
- Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes.
Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market conditions.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales or benefits administration is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week

It is 100% OK if you are fully remote as long as you are able to work in the US.
