Job Summary:
Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Brand Ambassadors to represent our luxury fragrance and home goods brand during peak seasons. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, educating clients on Diptyque's unique story and products, and driving sales.
Job Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
Clearly articulate the history, inspiration, and unique qualities of Diptyque products, including fragrances, candles, body care, and accessories.
Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to enhance the client experience.
Maintain an immaculate and organized sales floor, ensuring products are beautifully displayed and replenished.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting visual merchandising updates.
Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Represent the Diptyque brand with professionalism, passion, and a commitment to luxury service.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:

Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
A genuine passion for luxury products, fragrance, and the Diptyque brand.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
Flexibility to work a seasonal schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
