As an ADR, your day-to-day looks like…

  • Research, educate, and upsell existing business via outbound calls
  • Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative environment
  • Run consultative/effective/professional meetings with existing clients
  • Position the best solutions, fragrance, and service plans to upsell and renew contracts for our existing customers
  • Exceed monthly sales goals by strategically maintaining customer information within Salesforce
  • Research industry trends, new company products, and technologies
  • Attend ongoing product and fragrance training sessions
  • Participate in ongoing consultative, professional sales development
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while remaining a fantastic team player
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
  • Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas and be intensely focused on the consistent execution of proven sales methods

What You Bring to The Team…
  • 1+ years of professional sales experience
  • Proven track record of achievement, preferably selling B2B products or services
  • Trained in consultative/value-based selling
  • Technically savvy and specifically skilled in CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Works well with minimal supervision taking initiative to develop personal improvement and career advancement
