Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab / Electrophysiology

York, PA | Acute Care

Contract | Days | 8-hour or 10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekends as needed | On-call required with 30-minute response time | Must be available to stay until last patient is cared for

• Provide direct patient care within a high-volume Invasive Cardiology unit performing over 6,000 procedures per year across dedicated Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology labs
• Support and assist with advanced cardiovascular procedures including complex coronary interventions, structural heart procedures (TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO/ASD closure, mitral valve clipping), and ventricular assist device (VAD)/ECMO
• Assist with complex atrial and ventricular ablations, pacemaker/ICD implant and explant, cardioversion, peripheral intervention, and pulmonary embolectomy procedures
• Manage patient care across prep and recovery bays, ensuring safe and timely transitions throughout the procedural continuum
• Participate in on-call rotations with a 30-minute response time requirement and float to other areas as needed
• May provide care for COVID-positive patients as required

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license — no license encumbrances accepted
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology nursing experience
• ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at standard contract rates

• Strong proficiency with EPIC charting platform
• Experience with structural heart procedures and/or electrophysiology lab workflows
• Familiarity with VAD, ECMO, and/or pulmonary intervention procedures

• Opportunity to work in a large, advanced Invasive Cardiology unit offering exposure to a wide range of complex cardiovascular procedures in a high-volume environment
