Job description

Summary: Support the evaluation and selection of fragrances for various projects, contributing to successful product submissions. Apply judgment in assessing fragrance options, support project execution, and ensure efficient project flow, timely delivery, and alignment with customer requirements and market trends.

Candidates must have prior experience in the fragrance industry or relevant academic background in perfumery, cosmetic science, or a related field.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

• Manage and execute assigned B and C level projects across categories, ensuring timely completion and alignment with project objectives
• Evaluate and select preliminary fragrances that meet customer and project requirements
• Apply judgment in assessing fragrance options and contribute to fragrance recommendations aligned with customer briefs
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the internal fragrance library
• Recommend fragrances from the library for customer projects and briefs
• Collaborate with perfumers and support fragrance development direction for assigned projects
• Coordinate with Application Lab and Marketing teams to meet project specifications and deadlines
• Track new market launches, monitor trends, and support development of fragrance concepts aligned with market needs
• Participate in project meetings and ensure follow-up on action items and deliverables
• Maintain and organize fragrance library, documentation, and product sample closet
• Support regional and global projects, applying judgment in prioritization and execution of assigned tasks
