Job description

LaSalle Network is seeking a dynamic Fractional Controller to join an expanding Outsourced Financial Solutions team. This Fractional Controller role is perfect for someone who enjoys advising clients, solving complex financial challenges and stepping into both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.
What you'll do (Fractional Controller):
  • Act as the primary financial advisor across multiple client engagements
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting, close processes and reconciliations
  • Lead clean-up efforts for historical accounting discrepancies
  • Build forecasts, budgets and cash flow models
  • Provide actionable insights through KPI tracking and analysis
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to improve financial performance
  • Oversee accounting processes and mentor junior staff
  • Implement systems and streamline financial operations

What's needed (Fractional Controller):
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance leadership roles
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Experience in multi-entity or consulting environments a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel locally and nationally
