The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment.

La Concha Resort is a modern luxury resort in Condado, Puerto Rico with history dating back to 1958. Epitomizing the fun "Latino Chic" lifestyle, offering stylish amenities and a hot nightlife to all guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our restaurant standards, anticipating and addressing guests service needs. 
  • Serve food and beverage orders to all guests.
  • Complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. 
  • Knowledgeable in the Step of Service.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Complete closing duties.
  • Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of the service area and restaurant.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. 
  • Check station assigned, prior to opening, for cleanliness of tables and chairs, proper setup of tabletop.
  • Have necessary equipment to work with: tray, pen, corkscrew, etc.
  • Knowledgeable of all menu items, their garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
  • Prepared to answer guest questions about the menu in a direct, concise way.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor.
  • Complete safety training and certifications. 
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Hospitality oriented
  • Previous experience as an attendant or in a similar role in a restaurant, bar in hospitality.
  • Able to handle difficult situations effectively
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
