Job description

Do you have experience with a Vijuk Folding Machine or similar? Do you want sign-on bonus and an opportunity to join a growing, award winning company offering paid training and strong benefits.? Not in the Exton area? That's okay. We are offering relocation to the Exton, PA area if needed.
We are looking for a Vijuk Folder Operator for Miniature folding on Pharmaceutical Outserts in our Exton location. This position performs manual and machine operator tasks in the set-up, production run, and maintenance of a G&K-Vijuk folding machine while ensuring production goals and quality standards are maintained.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
  • Set up and operate the G&K-Vijuk folding machine, including water scores, knife folders, and multiple fold types
  • Run outserts/RTAs for pharmaceutical packaging and ensure compliance with cGMP standards
  • Troubleshoot issues independently to maintain smooth production
  • Load materials, fold products, and insert into sleeves or boxes ready for shipment
  • Monitor production workflow, track timing, and meet urgent deadlines
  • Perform preventive maintenance: lubrication, small part replacement, cleaning
  • Work collaboratively with your helper to keep production efficient
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support peak season production as needed

Skills and Abilities
  • Expertise in miniature folding, outserts, and water-score/knife folding
  • Strong troubleshooting skills; able to resolve mechanical issues independently
  • Experience with pharmaceutical batch records and cGMP workflow
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Basic Excel and production documentation skills
  • Reliable transportation to Exton, PA
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
