Job description

Salary: $25-26/hr + $1.50 shift premium

Join Our Team at Sheboygan Paper Box Company!
Were a stable, family-oriented manufacturing company with over 100 years of experience producing quality folding cartons. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Operator to join our Finishing Department. In this role, you will learn and operate a variety of finishing equipment, ensuring products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


Shift: 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:00am) or Tuesday-Friday, 8:15am-6:15pm


Compensation

  • Starting at $25/hr (Based on experience) plus shift premium

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and maintain Bobst finishing equipment (both hot melt and cold gluing systems), including:
    • Domino 110
    • Alpina with Easy Feeder and Cartonpack II
    • Masterfold with Easy Feeder, Batch Inverter, and Cartonpack II
    • HHS gluing systems
    • Heiber Schroeder window machine
  • Assist in leading and coordinating crew activities to ensure efficient production
  • Ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Folder Gluer operating experience highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and support production goals
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Must successfully pass a mechanical aptitude assessment as part of the hiring process
