What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as an advisor to individuals and businesses, delivering both precision and strategy:

  • Prepare and review individual, business, and corporate tax returns (federal, state & local)
  • Analyze and review client financials (live and post-close)
  • Lead, mentor, and review work of staff accountants
  • Provide proactive tax planning and compliance guidance
  • Advise on entity structuring, financial decisions, and risk mitigation
  • Interpret financial data and develop tailored strategies
  • Stay ahead of evolving tax laws and regulations
  • Respond to IRS notices, support audits, and represent clients as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service

What You Bring

  • Active CPA license or Enrolled Agent designation (required)
  • 10+ years of experience in tax preparation and advisory services
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
  • Proficiency with UltraTax
  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop & Online
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
