Position Responsibilities
  • Complete folder/gluer make-readies efficiently and safely
  • Operate folding/gluing equipment while maintaining high quality standards
  • Produce quality cartons for high-end retail and consumer packaging
  • Perform quality inspections throughout production runs
  • Work with Leary Gluing Systems and related inspection systems
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Communicate effectively with press, die-cutting, and finishing departments
  • Help support production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards
