ENPOINTE is seeking a skilled Bindery Folder Operator to join our growing Bindery/Finishing team. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and maintain folding machines to deliver high-quality printed materials that meet customer specifications and production deadlines. If you enjoy working with precision equipment and take pride in producing top-quality work, this is the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do
  • Operate and set up bindery folding machines (Stahl, MBO, Heidelberg, or equivalent).
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.
  • Inspect folded materials to ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as jams, misfeeds, or material defects.
  • Record production data, including output, material use, and downtime.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year experience operating folding or bindery equipment (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret job tickets, blueprints, and folding diagrams.
  • Knowledge of common fold types (parallel, accordion, gate, double parallel).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
